  1. This is a salaried and commission-based position for a seasoned National Sales Manager working remotely for a company located in Mid-Coast Maine. The Hemp market will be served nationally by a Salesperson with at least 5 years of experience in a traditional Sales environment and at least 2 years of Industry-related experiences. You must be familiar with all state and federal regulations and restrictions. You must have a clean background.

    Detail of Responsibilities

    · Weekly work hours: 40+ hours (“As Needed”)

    · Reporting: End of week Report detailing open and closed Sales cases

    · Approved Travel as required to initiate and close sales opportunities

    · Participate in Trade Shows and Expos as determined feasible by management

    · Become active in Industry forums and sales conferences

    · Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs on as-needed basis

    · Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships for the sale and distribution of formulated, CBD-based products

    · Develop and manage customer leads through cold calling

    · Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

    · Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

    · Coordinate sales effort with team members

    · Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports

    · Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

    · Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

    · Create Sales forecasts to assist production schedules

    · Create weekly/monthly sales reports

    · Manage POs from receipt to shipment

    · Continuously improve through feedback


    · Proven work experience as a sales representative

    · Excellent knowledge of MS Office

    · Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

    · Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

    · Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

    · Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

    · Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

    · Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

    · Must have: High School education and minimum of 2 years post graduate schooling

    · BS/BA degree or equivalent in Sales is a plus

    · Must be able to read, write & speak English or must be bi-lingual

    · Must have a valid Driver’s License


    · Must have 5 years of experience in Sales Environment

    · Must have experience with selling Hemp-derived products.


    · Salary Range: $30,000 – $40,000

    · Commission: 1% Bonus
