The largest cannabis oil producer in California is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director – the right candidate can be based anywhere in SoCal or San Francisco. This individual does not need to have previous cannabis experience, but CPG experience strongly preferred.

This company’s products are catered toward an upscale clientele – with retail products in Nordstroms, high end spas, etc. Most of this company’s revenue comes from oils and cannabis flower.
This is a full-time position and offers significant independence and upward mobility within the company as it grows.
- Oversees all sales operations in the organization. Main duties include developing sales team, designing plans to meet sales targets, developing and cultivating relationships with clients and evaluating costs to determine their products’ pricing when selling to customers.
- Develop and manage the company’s dispensary sales activities including hiring and supervision of sales force, development of sales budgets, forecasting, customer promotions and product introduction
Minimum of 7 -10 years of sales experience in an executive-level position such as a Sales Director, Sales Manager, Marketing Director or similar role.

Salary: $65,000.00 – 75,000.00 per year based on experience and payment history
