We are seeking a Processing Manager. The role of the Processing Manager is to effectively run a successful processing facility with a focus on regulatory compliance, product consistency, and customer satisfaction. Our processing center brings legitimacy to the cannabis industry by acting with the highest level of integrity and strictly adhering to regulations. This person is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, sustaining a fast paced atmosphere and must handle all tasks effectively and efficiently. To be successful in this position, you must adhere to Quality, Quantity and Compliance.


Essential Job Function:

-Remain compliant with laws and regulations and follow requirements of processing products including snickering/labeling according to LARA regulations, including MRA.

-Ensure the work flow is going smoothly and the building is cleaned and maintained

-Make sure all PPE stations are fully stocked every day, order more product if needed.

-Make sure all employees are staying busy as well as keeping all stations cleaned and maintained.

-Check that the other companies inside the building are following compliance and that they are ok throughout the day.

-Order any supplies needed for processing.

-Ensure product testing is completed.

-Print orders for shipping and receiving so employees know what orders need to be completed for that day.

-Preparing all orders for transportation and ensuring correct packages are prepped and ready for pick up.

-Provide general support to visitors, vendors and contractors.

-Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data, while designing and implementing policies and procedures.

-Be able to learn a lot of information quickly and work in an extremely face paced environment.

-Must have/obtain ServSafe Manager Certification before start date.

-Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

-Ability to multi-task and establish priority of work.

-Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to understand items or activities that require timely follow-up and communication.

-Must have good written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels at the site.

$75,000 – $150,000 per year
With incentives could make up to $200,000
