This level of employees, also commonly referred to as “Advanced Floor Captain”. This employee will receive the additional training and security accesses required to open/close the store and serve as the Manager on Duty.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND:
■ 3+ years retail/service experience or 1+ years cannabis dispensary
experience preferred
■ Excellent written and communication skills
■ Background emphasizing customer service, cash handling and
leadership preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
■ Understanding of METRC seed-to-sale tracking
■ Understanding of all relevant COMAR regulations necessary to safely
perform job duties
■ Knowledge of Point of Sale software systems, cannabis-specific
software preferred
■ Experienced with cash handling and management
■ Competence in all typical business software applications such as
Microsoft office, expertise of spreadsheets and word processing preferred
■ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

SCHEDULE & HOURS:
■ 40 hours/week, must be Full Time status
■ Must be available for weekends and holidays as needed

DAILY JOB FUNCTIONS:
■ Sales floor management including stocking, menu management, staff
schedule and break oversight, customer service, product delivery intake and
processing
■ May occasionally be assigned as the opening or closing Manager on Duty
■ Serve as a liaison between management team and all other associates
of the team
