– monitors overall health of all plants through all grow stages
– reports and tracks any problems with plant health
– develops and presents mediation strategies for CEO approval
– maintains records of all plant health incidents and mediation and recovery projects
– works with CEO and grow team to plan new facilities design, construction and implementation
– updates SOPs to reflect in resulting changes in grow procedures

Salary $35-65K/year
