Senior Associate to Senior Manager both in office and remote. We are looking for individuals with the
following attributes:
Experience: 3 to 10+ years tax experience in public accounting with experience in business returns,
corporate, passthrough, international, SALT, and other areas, tax review and tax

Skills: Depending on experience level, the following skills will be important:
 Ability to manage client relationships and communications.
 Ability to supervise and train staff, communicate well with management and be the
main client contact/relationship manager for internal teams and clients.
 Ability to review complex tax returns, including multi-state tax returns, as the final
quality control check prior to issuance.
 Ability to identify and research both risks and planning opportunities, develop
client-specific and firm-wide solutions, and direct implementation.
 Maintain specific industry expertise and ability to lead the firm’s applicable industry
 Responsibility for maintenance and improvement of firm procedures in specific
industries (Cannabis, Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Etc.)
 Experience with estate, trusts and gift planning and compliance desired


 Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field is a minimum
 Licensed CPA/Enrolled Agent (or in the process of obtained either certification) –
 Proficient in various tax software preferred – paperless environment
 Proficient in utilization of remote technologies (Zoom, Teams, etc)
 Ability to work/report to Champaign corporate office – Remote candidates will need
to work in corporate office form time to time.
