MAINTENANCE TECH

ROLE SUMMARY
The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing all maintenance and repair activities to machinery, equipment and facility. Performs a variety of maintenance functions in and around the facility, which includes providing routine, emergency, and scheduled maintenance to the building and associated equipment. The Facility Maintenance Technician will perform manual tasks, preventive maintenance and maintains facility in top condition, while assisting others on the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor common areas of the facility keeping them safe and clean from construction debris, garbage and waste inside the facility, yard and parking lots
  • Coordinate with management to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance of all AC units and dehumidifiers through the facility
  • Inspect, repair machinery and replace or install equipment such as fans, dehumidifiers, railings, lights, drives, doors, ramps and etcetera.
  • Keep records on preventive maintenance of all equipment
  • Monitor and service ventilation equipment.
  • Arrange, assemble, install, and maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot electrical issues.
  • Utilize, maintain and repair power tools and mobile equipment.
  • Conduct daily visual Inspections inside and outside of the facility
  • Basic plumbing repairs such as plugged sewer lines, urinals, commodes, faucets and water valve.
  • Assist with the operation and arrangement of sanitation area when needed.
  • Reports damages, defects and other issues to the Maintenance Manager.
  • Inspection of facilities and equipment to ensure company standards and safety regulations are being maintained.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain general facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Take instruction and assist with tasks delegated by the management team.
  • Oversee adherence to compliance with health and safety standards and company policies and procedures).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance and general repair experience Building Maintenance experience
  • Must have knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and building equipment.
  • Preferred EPA Certified
  • Basic knowledge in use of computers and printers

SKILLS

  • Skilled with tape measuring and other measuring tools
  • Skilled on safe use power tools, wrenches and other shop equipment
  • Capable of operating Forklifts and scissor lifts

Shift A – 12.50 an hour – Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 5:15pm

MANICURING SHIFT B

ROLE SUMMARY

The Manicuring Associate is primarily responsible for but not limited reporting inventory and Manicuring flower. The Manicuring Associate will perform day-to-day assignments and tasks of the processing cycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with peers to ensure alignment on processing plans by means of effective planning and communication.

HOURS

Shift B – Friday-Sunday – 6:30am-7:15 pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Acclimate methods to various strains and flower types while making quality control decisions and alterations as needed.

· Assist in managing dry rooms based on harvest.

· Manicure flowers off in order to separate for packaging.

· Manage work efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing quality product.

· Maintain open communication with Manicuring Lead and assist with tasks delegated by the management team.

· Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area, all staging areas and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure.

· Use, maintain, and operate equipment in the facility.

· Ensure the daily compliance policies are followed, but not limited to compliance with the state, security protocols, access protocols and dress code.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

· Relevant experience, training or education, such as professional experience in a nursery setting or other related work.

The Edible Packager supports the production and packaging operations within the facility. The Edible Packager is responsible for packaging and labeling our finished Edible products.

Hours

Monday – Friday: 12:00pm – 4:00pm

ROLE SUMMARY

This training program will prepare you for a future in the cannabis industry and assist you in finding the right position for your skills. We are looking to train individuals who love working with their hands and in an cultivation and manufacturing environment. We will train employees in all aspects of the facility from seed to final product. This is an ideal position for individuals who are able to work full-time, flexible hours, and is available weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Individuals selected will rotate their training with multiple trainers in order to learn the processes for each department. The individual will work in various sectors of the production and cultivation departments assisting with tasks delegated by the management team. The selected candidate must become familiar with and follow all company policies, procedures and safety policies.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure the daily compliance policies are met, including compliance with the state, security protocols, access protocols, the dress code and work schedule.

· Duties will include operating various machines and material handling.

• Work with cultivation team to determine changes needed based on the nutritional and/or environmental needs of the crop.

• Assist in production processes for designated stages of plant growth.

• Examining plants for signs of pests or disease.

Propagation Technician

· Execute proper techniques, timings, required pre-treatments, appropriate growing media, container usage, and/or any other specialized requirements in preparation for propagation takes place in a timely and coordinated manner

· Proper spacing, air circulation, and sun/shade exposure is monitored and adjusted in a timely manner and is effective in maintaining plants in optimum health.

Flower Processor

· Assist in process including intake, drying, curing, trimming, and packaging flower.
