A TOP 100 regional CPA Firm with a network of offices in PA, OH, NJ and FL has an immediate need for a hard-working, service oriented, and experienced full-time Paraprofessional.

The ideal prospective team member should have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in: (1) posting details of business transactions to general ledger, (2) reconciling bank accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers, (3) preparing and posting journal entries to effect accurate financial statement presentation, (4) calculating and preparing checks for payment of wages, (5) preparing and filing federal, state and local payroll tax reports and, (6) preparing and processing payroll. Previous experience in a CPA firm is desirable.

Prospective team member should have an Associate degree in accounting or comparable experience along with a high level of working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Quickbooks. Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients is required.
